The short version

How much does a plan cost?

€35 a day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with IVA and delivery included. The minimum order is 3 days. If you want two meals a day, or more than three, we'll price it for you.

Can I try it first?

Yes. Order a single trial day for €35 and decide after that.

Do you do vegetarian or vegan plans?

Yes. Choose it in the form or tell us on WhatsApp, and we'll build your menu from there.

Can I swap a dish?

Yes. We send you the menu with every day's dishes, and if one doesn't suit you, we'll swap it for another.

How often do you deliver?

Whenever suits you: we agree the delivery days with you on WhatsApp.

How do I store the meals?

In the fridge, between 0 and 4 °C. Each dish is packed in a protective atmosphere, so unopened it keeps for up to two weeks. If you need longer, put it in the freezer. Once you open one, eat it within 24 hours.

Can you work around allergies?

Yes. Before we write your menu we'll ask about allergies and anything you don't eat, and leave it all out.
